The Campus at CentrePort is owned by AEW Capital Management on behalf of an institutional investor. The ownership structured has no debt and is well capitalized to fund future infrastructure work and selective build-to-suit developments. Since 1998 CentrePort has self-funded the development of seven build-to-suit office and industrial properties totaling 975,000 square feet.
